Laureen Lee Dunn-Rapp
Owner/Founder, Grove Road Boutique
Laureen has been immersed in the fashion industry since a young age. Her journey began at just 12 years old, working at a children's boutique owned by her mother’s best friend. This early exposure to the dynamic environment of a small, women-owned business ignited her passion for fashion. Throughout her teenage years, Laureen's distinctive style and keen eye for unique clothing garnered attention from her peers, who often inquired about where they could find similar items. Her professional career has been marked by diverse and enriching experiences, including roles such as a top Sales Associate and Key Holder at LOFT, Buyer and Owner of her own boutique in St. Augustine, Florida, and Associate Manager at J. Crew. These roles have equipped her with extensive knowledge and skills that she is eager to leverage for the success of Grove Road Boutique. With her wealth of experience and a deep-rooted passion for fashion, Laureen is committed to not only meeting Grove Road's profit goals but surpassing them, ensuring the boutique thrives and continues to offer exceptional and unique clothing to its clientele.
Lisanne Keane
Owner, Grove Road Boutique
Lisanne grew up with a mom and grandmother who were fashionistas. They always dressed in the newest fashion and accessories and made sure she did as well. Nonna would take her to Boston for shopping excursions which was just the beginning of Lisanne’s love of fashion. Professionally, Lisanne pursued an accounting degree, earned her CPA and worked in accounting and finance throughout the years. She and her husband moved to London for 2 ½ years where she was a finance manager dealing with subsidiaries all over Europe. A couple of years later, they moved to Milan where they decided to start a family. There she was exposed to top fashion trends and husband’s position at Reebok Italy gave them entrance to fashion in a unique way. They return to Italy every few years with their girls to shop and enjoy the culture, bringing home as many one-of-a-kind pieces as possible. In 2018, Lisanne joined Cabi as a personal stylist owning and managing her own Cabi business. She learned a lot about working with women to build their confidence and wardrobe at the same time. Moving to South Carolina, she pivoted to buying and running a business with her husband. This gave her invaluable experience, keeping customers and vendors and contractors satisfied. After selling the business she decided to get back to the retail industry. She is excited to partner with Laureen to use her varied experience and help Grove Road to be a raving success.
